Handwriting    Without    Tears    is    a    innovative,    research    based    curriculum    providing    developmentally appropriate,   multi-sensory   tools   and   strategies   for   teaching   successful   handwriting   skills   to   children   of all ages.
Occupational Therapy Therapeutic Listening
Therapeutic   Listening   is   an   evidenced   based   protocol   developed   by occupational   therapist,   Shelia   Frick,   and   is   based   on   the   work   of Alfred     Tomatis,     Guy     Berard     and     Ingo     Steinbach.     Therapeutic Listening     is     an     auditory     based     treatment     technique     that     is individually   designed   for   each   client   or   “listener”   using   modulated and   filtered   music   delivered   on   a   daily   basis,   and   is   most   effective when    used    in    conjunction    with    a    sensory    based    occupational therapy   program.   Goals   of   a   therapeutic   listening   program   include improvement      in      sensory      modulation,      praxis,      balance      and coordination,    behavior    and    attention.        For    more    information    on Therapeutic Listening please go to www.vitallinks.net.
Integrated Listening Systems
Integrated    Listening    System    (iLs)    is    a    psychoacoustic    therapeutic approach,   developed   by   Dr.   Ron   Minson   and   based   on   the   work   of Dr.   Alfred   Tomatis.   iLs   is   an   auditory   based   treatment   technique   that compliments   occupational   therapy   by   stimulating   pathways   that   lay the foundation for development of: Organization, modulation and attention Speech and language skills Cognitive development Learning and academics Movement, coordination and rhythm Socialization

Let’s   ride   is   a   program   that   incorporates   land   exercise and   bike   skills   to   improve   your   child’s   motor   planning, balance   and   overall   coordination,   all   of   which   affect   a child’s ability to successfully ride a bike. Children must have their own bike and helmet for this      program!
